Data Protection

  1. The data is administered by SIETAR Polska with its registered office in Wrocław, 54-206, ul. Legnicka 65, entered into the register under the KRS number: 0000320101, Economic Department of the National Court Register, NIP: 7792350178, REGON: 301030353. Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable law, and their storage takes place on secured servers.
  2. For the interpretation of terms, a glossary of the Regulations is used or as described in the Privacy Policy (if it results directly from the description).
  3. For the purposes of better understanding of the Privacy Policy, the term “Associate” has been replaced by the term “You” and “Administrator” by “We”. The term “GDPR” means General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the European Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC.
  4. We respect the right to privacy and therefore care for data security with a use of secure communication encryption protocol (SSL).
  5. Personal data shared via online form are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

 

Data Administrator

  1. The association is the administrator of its clients’ data. This means that if you are our member, we process your data, such as: name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, position, IP address.
  2. The association is also the data administrator of people subscribed to the newsletter, events and webinars.
  3. Personal data is processed:
    1. in accordance with personal data protection regulations
    2. in accordance with the implemented Privacy Policy,
    3. to the extent and for the purpose necessary to fulfill the legitimate objectives of the association (legally legitimate purposes), and the processing does not violate the rights and freedoms of the data subject:
    4. to the extent and purpose consistent with the consent expressed by you, if you subscribed to the newsletter,
    5. to the extent and purpose consistent with your consent if you have subscribed to the webinar/ event
  4. Any data subject (if we are their administrator) has the right to access data, rectify, delete or limit processing, the right to object, the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority.
  5. The person supervising the processing of personal data in the Service Provider’s organization can be contacted via e-mail at info@sietar.pl.
  6. We reserve the right to process your data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent, only in case required for a court case or if national, EU regulations or international law oblige us to retain data.
  7. We have the right to disclose your personal data and other data to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
  8. The deletion of personal data may occur as a result of withdrawn consent or filing a legally admissible objection to the processing of personal data
  9. We do not disclose personal data to entities other than those authorized under the applicable law.
  10. We have implemented data encryption (SSL / TLS) and access control, thanks to which we minimize the effects of a possible data security breach.
  11. Personal data is processed only by authorized persons or processors with whom we work closely.

 

Use of cookies

  1. The website www.sietar.pl uses cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser computer software. When the browser reconnects to the site, the site recognizes the type of device the user connects to. Parameters allow reading the information contained therein only to the server that created them. Cookies therefore facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
  2. The information collected includes IP address, type of browser used, language, type of operating system, Internet service provider, time and date information, location and information sent to the website via the contact form.
  3. The collected data is used to monitor and check how users use our websites to improve the functioning of the website by providing more efficient and trouble-free navigation. We monitor information about users using the Google Analitics tool, which records the user’s behavior on the website.
  4. Cookies identify the user, which allows to tailor the content of the website to his/ her needs. By remembering preferences, it allows to tailor targeted ads. We use cookies to guarantee the highest standard of convenience for our website, and the collected data is used only to optimize operations.

  6. a) “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the website, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the website;
  7. b) cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication on the website;

  9. d) “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, eg in terms of the language or region of the user’s origin, font size, website appearance, etc .;
  10. e) “advertising” cookies, enabling users to provide advertising content more tailored to their interests
  11. The user may at any time disable or restore the option of collecting cookies by changing the settings in the web browser.
  12. Additional personal data, such as an e-mail address, are collected only in places where the user has explicitly agreed to this by completing the form. These are saved and used only for the purposes necessary to perform the given activity.
