The aim of this project is to promote equality and inclusion by speaking about them in an authentic, empathetic way. Each of us experiences diversity in a different aspect. Diversity not only provides us with good, interesting moments where we can learn from each other. Diversity provides as well difficult emotions, making mistakes and working with our own beliefs.
As part of the project, Monika meets people who share one idea: Equality and Inclusion. They are trainers, enthusiasts, scientists. Each of them has their own history, often not easy, which took them to where they are now -working to make the world around us better.
