Systemic Dialogue is a facilitated 10-step group journey that combines visioning
and group reflection. A trained facilitator guides participants through a shared
exploration of discovery and transformation—grounded in strategy, supported by
action planning, and reinforced by accountability structures.

Through structured reflection and the creation of psychological safety, the group is
invited to access multiple layers of insight and perspectives—including those often
overlooked or oversimplified. By embodying systemic voices and stepping beyond
individual identities, participants are encouraged to speak on behalf of the system.
This approach fosters a sense of anonymity and emotional safety, enabling the
expression of complex or difficult experiences.

The experiential nature of this approach, along with the use of systemic voices,
supports participants in engaging authentically, safely, and powerfully with personal
and collective challenges.

The methodology originates from NNI’s Dialogue Institute and is rooted in both
research and real-world practice. It integrates principles from large-group methods
and transformational models including Deep Democracy, Worldwork and Process
Psychology (Mindell), Co-Active Coaching (CTI), The World Café (Brown), and
systems-based change frameworks such as Theory U (Scharmer).

 

 

Klaudia Jaworska is a leadership coach, group process facilitator, trainer, and
change consultant with over 20 years of experience in global technology companies
across EMEA and Asia-Pacific. She blends business acumen, wide cross-cultural
experience, and systemic thinking to foster multi-level partnerships and align diverse
organizational stakeholders for enhanced and diverse collaboration.
Klaudia earned her coaching diploma from the internationally recognized Co-Active
Training Institute (CTI), known for its rigorous training and certification program, and
holds an ACC (Associate Certified Coach) credential from the International Coaching
Federation (ICF). She has also trained with the nniDialogue Institute in systemic
dialogue facilitation and systems coaching and holds a DEI diploma from Cornell
University (USA).
Klaudia integrates her expertise, coaching experience, and experiential approach
into systemic dialogue and other group processes. She is driven by her personal
mission to activate lasting change whether at personal or organizational level.

 

 

Magdalena Reynaerts to certyfikowany coach przywództwa, trenerka
świadomego ruchu i mindsetu oraz facylitatorka dialogu systemowego, z
wykształcenia doktor inżynierii. Posiada wieloletnie doświadczenie w pracy ze
zmianą i transformacją, i obecnie specjalizuje się we wspieraniu liderów i
profesjonalistów w procesach wzmacniania wewnętrznej pewności,
budowaniu autentyczności, i szeroko pojętym rozwoju osobistym.
