Sylwia Szykuła

Sylwia Szykuła

Head of People, Employer Branding (EB) w Satisfly.

I believe that open communication and feedback are half the battle. I base EB on facts, i.e., theory = reality. I am fascinated by cultural differences in business, e.g., why is it acceptable to interrupt in Israel, but considered rude in Poland? I also observe pathologies in the workplace. For almost 20 years, I have been working with companies of various sizes, both Polish and international, with internal and external clients. I like to build things from scratch and see the results. For years, I have been writing articles in the field of HR/business, including for INFOR.
