The aim of this project is to help build migrants’ resilience during VUCA Times.
VOLATILITY, UNCERTAINTY, COMPLEXITY, AMBIGUITY; these are the qualities we will focus on, defining and recognizing them in ourselves and trying to disarm them by finding the best way to constructively experience these difficult and ubiquitous emotional states.
