Summer has begun, so it’s right time to praise ourselves for what’s best in us, to see the strength and beauty of our inner self.
This workshop will strengthen the qualities that we already have and highlight our natural skills. This is the time to build resistance to the “storms” that summer brings sometimes.
How to prepare?
Please get ready for this workshop by paying a visit to your local park or forest and a stationery shop. Let this be an occasion to collect the gifts of nature in the meadow and the forest. The treasures that you will find: cones, tree needles, moss, flower petals, buds, as well as something to build support, either a very thin wooden plank, some tree bark or even a corkboard or a cork toaster, and finally container with water – it can be a bowl or a bath. These will be used to create a piece of art that will represent your potential and the wealth of your personality.
For whom?
