How can a team stay aligned on shared goals when personal authority starts to matter more than collective success?

For our next meetup, organised by Victoria Spashchenko, we’ll explore a topic that resonates in many organisations and reflects a dilemma many of us have seen in different settings.

What happens when ego gets in the way of collaboration — and what helps teams stay grounded in what they are trying to achieve together?

We hope this conversation will open up a thoughtful space for reflection on trust, power, and intention.

Everyone with a love for cultures and open communication is welcome to attend!

D&D (Discuss and Debate) Club is a free-flow, open-ended, self-regulated exchange lasting up to 60 minutes. It gives participants space to share views, agree or disagree, negotiate, and hopefully – though not necessarily – find common ground.

Conversation facilitated by Victoria Spashchenko.

Event hosted by SIETAR Europa and patronaged by SIETAR Polska.
