The DIVERSITY & INNOVATION Conference 2025 brings together thought leaders to explore intercultural competence, happy workplaces, and sustainable learning. Engage in meaningful discussions, exchange ideas, and drive positive change in education and the workplace.
The conference will take place in a hybrid format, allowing both in-person and online participation.

Friday, May 30
15:00 – 16:00 Opening World Café Session
We will open the conference with an engaging World Café discussion on “Future-Proofing Intercultural Training: New Approaches and Challenges”
What is a World Café?
World Café is a structured conversational process that facilitates open and creative dialogue
on key issues. Participants rotate between discussion tables, exploring different aspects of the
topic while building on each other’s ideas. The goal is to generate collective insights and new
perspectives in a collaborative setting.
Saturday, May 31
On Saturday, the conference will feature three parallel tracks of workshops and
presentations, allowing attendees to choose sessions most relevant to their interests and
expertise. Sessions will explore:
● Intercultural competence in education and the workplace
● Strategies for creating happy and inclusive workplaces
● Innovative and sustainable learning methods
