“Jinu is an accomplished intercultural trainer and consultant with over 20 years of professional experience helping expats and executives collaborate more effectively across borders. Having studied, lived, and worked in Germany, France, Denmark, and India, he brings a unique blend of academic rigor and real-world insight into the complexities of global workplaces.
He holds an International MBA from Hochschule Bremen University of Applied Sciences, a Master’s in International Business Development and Consulting from Novancia Business School, Paris, France, and a Master’s degree in Management from the University of Kerala specializing in International Marketing and Finance. He did his Master’s thesis on “Intercultural Negotiations in International Business”, further deepening his expertise in navigating cultural complexities in global commerce.
Currently, Jinu serves as a Learning and Development Consultant at Novo Nordisk Engineering, where he continues to design impactful programs that foster cross-cultural understanding.
His expertise spans country-focused training on Germany, France, Romania, Spain, Nordic cultures, South-East Asia, and India. Over the years, his training programs have supported expat integration and global team performance at leading organizations such as Adobe, Thyssenkrupp, Quest Global, Kärcher, Allianz, Continental, Novo Nordisk, and Jungheinrich.
Beyond training, Jinu has also contributed to thought leadership in the field of intercultural communication. He has published several articles on intercultural topics for the Copenhagen Post online, the German magazine Smart Business English, and a few local magazines in India.
