Share & Learn for Trainers is an initiative based on the monthly online meetings focused on specific topics from the area of intercultural training. The goal of the initiative is to create a community of trainers that is why the meetings are open for SIETAR Polska members exclusively.
The form of the meetings is planned as an interactive exchange – so every trainer who decides to join is asked to present at least one tool used within the discussed area. The idea is to professionalize our work and inspire each other through regular meetings. It is supposed to be a safe space for professional peers, that is why the focus is on learning and sharing, with open discussion, without judging each other.
